My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the check-in was smooth, and the overall cleanliness was decent, there were significant issues with the shuttle service, which was not only unreliable but also difficult to navigate at early hours. Additionally, a rude encounter with the staff really put a damper on my stay. Overall, I cannot say it was a comfortable and hassle-free visit.
